1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the sale of services published by ArkForge, including:

• ArkWatch — automated web monitoring and intelligence service powered by artificial intelligence
• MCP EU AI Act — EU AI Act compliance scanner for AI projects

2. Services

ArkWatch

• 24/7 website monitoring with instant alerts
• Customizable watch alerts configuration
• Automatic notifications delivery
• Access to a monitoring dashboard

MCP EU AI Act

• Automatic EU AI Act compliance analysis for your AI projects
• Detection of AI frameworks in use
• Generation of compliance audit reports
• Free tier available, paid Pro tier

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros, tax included (TTC).

VAT not applicable, per article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts).

Payment is processed by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe.

4. Subscription and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• Cancellation is possible at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No prorated refunds

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with your prior consent.

By agreeing that the service begins immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal.

6. Liability

Arkforge undertakes to provide the service with best efforts and due diligence.

Arkforge shall not be held liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance
• The accuracy of information collected through web monitoring
• Decisions made based on alerts received

7. Personal Data

Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
